Terms of Sales

Principles :

These conditions are concluded between

  • On the one hand, EURL CINEAD domiciled at 2 Lieu dit Les Charlots 45220 Douchy-Montcorbon (France) with share capital of 1,500 euros registered in the Orléans Trade and Companies Register under number 492 709 787, represented by Aurélie Druart in quality of manager
  • On the other hand, any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase on the site cineadposters.com , hereinafter referred to as the buyer or customer.

CINEAD retains the possibility of modifying these conditions of sale at any time, in order to comply with any new regulations or in order to improve the use of its site. Therefore, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.

The CINEAD website markets the following products: Original posters, original documents and photos, enameled plaques and old advertising sheets.

Pre-contractual information :

The buyer acknowledges having been informed, prior to placing his order and concluding the contract, in a readable and understandable manner, of these general conditions of sale and of all information listed in article L221-5 of the consumer code.

The following information is transmitted to the buyer in a clear and understandable manner:

  • The essential characteristics of the property
  • The price of the good
  • And all additional transport, delivery or postage costs and all other possible costs payable

Poster format :

We only sell original posters (no reproductions). The classic dimensions of cinema posters are 120x160cm, 60x80cm and 40x60cm. It should be noted that these dimensions are in fact designations. The posters may not be precisely this size, in particular due to the trimming that was carried out at the printing house. The format called 40x60cm can commonly vary into 40x54m or 40x56cm. It is therefore possible that the poster received will have a slightly different format than that announced on the site. In any case, we advise you to wait until you have received the poster before purchasing a frame.

Availability and price :

CINEAD sells products on its site www.cineadposters.com , most of which are available in a single copy, so orders will be processed in order of arrival.

All orders are payable in euros.

CINEAD reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in effect at the time the order is registered.

The command :

When the buyer clicks on the validate button after the order process, he declares to accept it as well as all of these General Conditions of Sale fully and without reservation.

The buyer acknowledges that he has received from CINEAD the necessary advice and information to ensure the suitability of the products ordered to his request.

The data recorded by CINEAD after validation of the order constitutes proof of all transactions carried out by CINEAD and the buyer.

Payment :

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

Payment methods are by credit card, Paypal or possibly check and bank transfer on request sent by email to cinead@orange.fr

For payments made by credit card, our site is completely secure.

Delivery and return conditions :

Delivery : After validation of the basket and payment of the order, shipping will be made within 3 working days. The shipment is made by Colissimo followed or letter followed (at the buyer's choice) to the address indicated when ordering. We cannot be held liable in the event of a delivery delay beyond our control.

Shipping costs by colissimo (excluding the enamelled plates and advertising sheets category) :

France: 8 euros Europe: 15 euros Rest of the world: 30 euros

Shipping costs by registered letter (excluding the enamelled plates and advertising sheets category) :

France: 6 euros Europe and Rest of the world: 13 euros

The buyer will only pay shipping costs once for multiple posters purchased in the same order. Shipping costs therefore do not increase if you buy several posters. For folded posters and documents, shipping is done in a reinforced cardboard envelope with laminated protection for the poster or document. For rolled posters, shipping is done in a solid tube with laminated poster protection. As soon as the order is processed, an email with the tracking number of the shipment will be sent to you

Return conditions : Under article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days from delivery of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and thus return the item. product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of return costs which are his responsibility. The product must be returned in good condition, in its original packaging and unused. If at the time of delivery, the original packaging is damaged, torn or opened, you must then check the condition of the product. If it has been damaged, you must refuse the package and note a reservation on the delivery slip. Upon receipt of the item and after noticing the damage, we will exchange or refund you.

Protection of personal data :

CINEAD undertakes to preserve the confidentiality of the information provided by the buyer which is only collected by CINEAD for the purposes of processing orders. CINEAD does not communicate any of this information to a third party. In application of law 78-17 of January 6, 1978 modified by law no. 2018-493 of June 20, 2018, the buyer has a right of access to modify and delete information concerning him. He can request it at any time by email to the address cinead@orange.fr

Applicable law :

This agreement is subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts have sole jurisdiction.
